Kihnu style knitting bag way to Australia

Most of these colorful cotton fabrics were in their previous life aprons, costumes or blouses of my mother and grandmother. 

I made a bag from these fabrics which is designed by Kihnu bag style equipped with a twisted cotton cord. Kihnu is a small island near the west coast of Estonia.  

This bag traveled now to Australia with Sylvia who recently visited Tallinn. We had a great time with Sylvia and Mailis in the fabrics stores of Tallinn 🙂

I can`t wait when I start sewing new interesting fabrics from Australia and Japan. Thank you, Sylvia!
