The web store aada.ee is owned by Aada Design OÜ, with registry code 12885009.
All products on sale at Aada Design OÜ are handcrafted, so products may in small details sometimes be slightly different from the products in the photo.
BUYING
For purchase, go to the product menu via the “Products” menu item.
Choose a suitable product, see the product description (click on the button “See more”), select the desired quantity and click the “Add Basket” button.
If you want to add more products, choose a new product and repeat the procedure.
If the product is marked “Sold” and you want to order it, please contact us: contact.
When the final choice is made, go to the Shopping Cart (click on the “View Cart” button).
Choose a delivery method and click on the button “Go to checkout”.
Fill in Billing Information.
If you wish to receive your order from the Omniva or SmartPost vendor, then fill in the position of the parcel terminal in the “Notes on the order” box. Also, write in the same box for any additional information you would like us to provide.
Check your order and click “Submit Order”.
To confirm the order, an e-mail receipt will be automatically sent by e-shop.
If the order has been verified by us, we will send an invoice by e-mail.
We will post the completed products within two business days of receipt of the invoice.
To make a special order please contact us. The deadline for individual orders is agreed individually each time.
ATTENTION
We will ship the ordered products within two business days of receipt of the payment. For custom made and / or personalized products, the product must be paid before it can be made.
For Estonian customers, it is possible to choose from two options:
1. Meet in Tallinn or Harku municipality. No shipping costs for this option.
2. To ship in Estonia – please enter “Omniva” or “SmartPOST” parcel terminal in the box “Location of the parcel machine”. In this case, the shipping cost will be increased by 3 euros irrespective of the package size. Be sure to enter your mobile phone number under the contact information.

Aada Design OÜ is not responsible for the quality of the postal service. In case of complaints, please contact the service company directly. The terms of the Omniva service can be found here and the terms of the SmartPost here.
All packages ordered abroad will be used as a letterhead using the Omniva service. Contact us for a quote for a posting abroad.
RECOVERY AND RETRACTION
If the ordered product is not as expected, please contact us (info@aada.ee) and we will do our best to find the right solution.
The products purchased at Aada Design OÜ’s e-shop can be returned or exchanged within 21 calendar days upon receipt of the products or receipt of the Omniva / SmartPost parcel delivery receipt.
To return the product, please fill in and send us an e-mail (info@aada.ee). Return of goods within Estonia is free of charge, outside of Estonia the cost of returning the goods is paid by the customer.
You must use the return code sent by SMS or by e-mail to return the package received via Omniva.
The package received through SmartPost can be returned with the same code as the package was delivered to.
Returned product must be free from damage and be free of signs of use or wear. If the product is damaged and its sale at the original price is no longer possible, Aada Design OÜ has the right to decrease the value of the amount of refund.
Aada Design OÜ will transfer money for returned products within five working days of receipt of the products.
Custom-made and / or personalized products can not be returned or exchanged. Aada Design OÜ shall not be liable for defects incurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Aada Design OÜ uses personal data entered by the buyer to process the order, send the goods to the buyer and provide better customer service. We keep our customers’ data secure. In order to deliver the item, we will forward the personal information to the company providing the transport service.
We can also use personal information to send news and offers.
